This policy covers the studio website kexyapps.com. Each app (Murmurhouse, Grainhouse, Cuthouse) has its own privacy policy on its website, which applies when you use that app.

Visiting this website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like every web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type when your browser requests a page, to deliver it securely. We do not use these logs to identify you.
No tracking
We use no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or third-party fonts or scripts. This website sets no cookies.
Emails you send to hello@kexyapps.com are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and read by us, with help from our support inbox provider AgentMail. Emails from our apps are sent from each app’s own address (hello@grainhouseapp.com, hello@murmurhouseapp.com, hello@cuthouseapp.com) through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). These providers process your email address and message only to deliver and handle your email. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to answer you. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare (website hosting and incoming email), Resend (outgoing email) and AgentMail (our support inbox) process data for us as processors, only to provide their service. Cloudflare, Resend and AgentMail are based in the USA. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and object to its processing. Email hello@kexyapps.com. You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
